Health Benefits of Prostate Milking

So I’ll be turning 40 in late 2017 and I’ve already started thinking about the dreaded prostate examination.  As you probably already know, it is generally recommended that all men should have regular check ups after age 40, not just on their prostate, but for general health purposes.  One of the reasons for checking your prostate regularly is that many men suffer from various prostate-related health problems, such as, prostate cancer and enlarged prostate.   Enlarged prostate occurs in 50 percent of men age 51 to 60, 69 percent of men age 61 to 70, and in 90 percent of men age 80 or older, according to Dr. Steven Perlow, M.D.   I’ve been doing a lot of research on this topic, as you can imagine, and I was astounded by what I found.  Most men do not know, or are afraid to know, what their prostate is and what are some of the health issues they should be concerned about.  Even less know about prostate milking and its many important benefits for men of all ages.

The Prostate Gland

The prostate gland is the organ which produces fluid that carries and protects sperm. Although it’s located a few inches inside the anus, it can be difficult to reach with your fingers, so often you need something else such as a sexual or medical device that is able to reach this vital male organ. If you take a look at the picture below, you will see how close the prostate really is to the wall of the rectum. It is this proximity between these two organs that can allow us to massage the prostate to potentially allow for meaningful and natural benefits. Due to the sensitive nature of the associated organs and tissues, it is important to proceed carefully to avoid any concerns.

What Conditions Can Prostate Milking Help?

Generally, prostate milking helps to improve overall prostate health and to reduce the associated problems that occur as men get older.  And as they say, “Prevention is better than cure”.  Prostate milking is actually a safe and natural complement to taking pills, vitamins or supplements. And there are little to no harmful side effects to prostate milking, if you know how to do it correctly.

Prevention is better than cure

Prostate milking is not to be carried out if you have chronic prostate diseases or illnesses.  If you do please consult a doctor.  However, certain groups of men may benefit from prostate massages. Men with the following conditions may find symptomatic relief when they properly carry out regular prostate massages:

Enlarged Prostate

An enlarged prostate means the gland has grown bigger. Prostate enlargement happens to almost all men as they get older. As the gland grows, it can press on the urethra and cause urination and bladder problems. An enlarged prostate is often called benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).  Prostate milking helps to reduce the swelling over time.

Prostatitis, which could be acute or chronic, is the infection of the prostate caused by bacteria.  Before antibiotics and more specialized treatments were available, prostate milking was the primary treatment for prostatitis. Now that doctors understand a bit more about the multitude of disorders that make up the prostatitis diagnosis, treatments have become more specialized.  Build up of seminal fluid in the prostate can lead to bacterial infection.  So it is best to avoid the build up altogether.  Milking a healthy prostate is a preventative measure that reduces the risk of prostatitis.

Painful ejaculation

Prostate milking may ease fluid blockages in your reproductive system. These kinks may cause you to experience discomfort or pain while ejaculating. Prostate massage treatment may help to eliminate them.  But it is best not to wait until blockages occur.  Regular milking of the prostate as a preventative measure is recommended to reduce the onset of blockages.

Erectile dysfunction

Before today’s more modern treatment options, men used massage therapy and prostate stimulation to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Some men still use it today along with other ED treatments or alone. More mainstream ED treatments include medications, pumps, and implants, but regular milking of a healthy prostate could help reduce the occurrence of ED.

Urine flow

The prostate surrounds your urethra. As swelling and inflammation in the prostate increase, the prostate may begin to interfere with or even cut off your flow of urine. If prostate massage therapy helps eliminate some of that swelling, your urine flow may improve.  But why wait until your prostate is swollen.  Regular prostate massages on a healthy prostate could help reduce the occurrence of swelling in the future.

How Sex Toys Can Help – Prostate Massagers

So we’ve seen that prostate massaging or milking has positive health benefits.  But exactly what do you use to massage the prostate? Prostate massagers are sex toys designed for men in mind.  They are typically known as plugs, anal dildos, and P-spot or male G-spot massagers.  They are men’s anal sex toys that were developed from medical instruments used to stimulate the prostate gland.  Nowadays they are mainly used as a pleasure toy but the health benefits cannot be ignored.  The most common prostate massager is the Aneros.

Here’s a collection of the most common prostate massagers.

First things first, using a prostate massager for pleasure or for health benefits does NOT make you gay.  Men have this antiquated stigma that if you stick something up your bum then you’re gay.  How dumb is that! This seems to be the most common issue that causes men to shy away from prostate play.  How dumb is that!  Consider this.  All men come equipped with a prostate.  Almost all men get prostate health-related issues at some time in their  lives.  All men can get pleasure from stimulating the prostate.  All men can receive some degree of health-related benefits from stimulating the prostate.  The prostate has NOTHING to do with being gay, bisexual or straight.  Prostate cancer or prostatitis or any other related illness of the prostate is completely impartial to sexual orientation.  So step out of the dark ages, stop thinking about what others may think and start focusing on your own business – your pleasure and especially your health.

Get a hold of a prostate massager today and start milking away to live a longer, healthier and happier life.

Lovehoney has a wide selection of prostate massagers that can be used for prevention or play.

The Aneros is the most popular and quite reasonable prostate massager on the market.  You can get your own today starting from $35.00.  Click on the link below for more information.  Or contact us privately for more information.

I must say I can see why this article could be very hard to digest by most men. I say this because to milk your prostate, you have to be in a vulnerable position to get this done. I believe it would be a very humbling experience for any man to go through. I myself have not done it, but reading this article would make one rethink it. Great Article.

      Hi Razhede,

      Thanks for stopping by.

I totally understand where you are coming from. Most men are too proud. The great thing is that with the right technique you can do this all on your own in the privacy of your home. Or you can make it a fun event with your partner. It’s all up to you. But while it may be difficult to digest, guys have to learn to swallow their pride, run away from the negative stigmas and start taking charge of their bodies and their health.

      All the best

Well, I’m north of 40 now. I should really start these check-ups you’re dreading! It’s never occurred to me to go “in the out door” for anything other than a check-up. You’ve presented some interesting food for thought though, and will likely help a lot of people. Thanks for the info!

      Hi Kevin,

We’re glad you found the article interesting. We put a lot of thought into it. Most people think of sex and sex toys just for pleasure purposes but miss other useful opportunities such as the one presented in this post. Many men consider going “in the out door” as you put it, as something that real men would never even consider, let alone actually carry out. But guys have to stop this nonsense and focus on what’s good for their health and stop thinking about what others might say and feel about it.

Hope you go get your check up soon.

      All the best

      Jay & Kay
